Office Policies & Procedures

Appointments last an hour and a half to assure you adequate time for care. Appointments are confirmed in advance, and flexibly rescheduled to meet your customized needs. Please give 24 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments.
Initial sessions include medical and diet history, assessment and recommendations and an abdominal massage with a warm castor oil pack.

Please have ready at the time of your appointment:

1. a three day diet history
2. list of your medications and supplements (bring them with you)
